When you submit an application through our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not create a contractual relationship between you and Euphoria MGMT. A formal management relationship is only established upon execution of a separate written management agreement.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, brand elements, design, and software, is the property of Euphoria MGMT LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Euphoria MGMT name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Euphoria MGMT LLC. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our written permission.
If you are accepted onto our roster, the specific terms of our management relationship will be governed by a separate written management agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a management agreement, the management agreement shall prevail with respect to the management services.
Any non-public information shared between you and Euphoria MGMT, including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, earnings data, brand deal terms, and proprietary methods, shall be treated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without the other party's written consent, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoria MGMT LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Euphoria MGMT, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable management agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Euphoria MGMT regarding your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.
